Who are the Traitors and Accomplices?
In Episode 1, Alan Cumming tapped funeral director Joe Vanella and pilot Tomica Adams as the game’s initial Traitors, while TV Insider confirmed that Xavier Scruggs and Katie Fites were chosen as Accomplices.
The lineup shifted quickly in Episode 3 when Katie Fites was formally recruited to become a full Traitor. In that same episode, her fellow Accomplice Xavier Scruggs was murdered. Tomica Adams remained in the turret until Episode 8, when she became the first Traitor banished by the group, which added $15,000 to the castle prize fund.
Who has been eliminated so far?
Through nine episodes, eliminations have steadily halved the castle’s population. Here is the week-by-week timeline of every departure as of November 7, 2026:

- November 5 (Episode 9): Morgan Cook (Faithful) was murdered via a poisoned chalice, according to DraftKings.
One banishment vote was completely avoided in Episode 7, when Victor Vollbrechthausen received the most votes at the Round Table. His banishment was overturned in Episode 8 after Shane Beatty used the Power of the Pardon twist to keep him in the game.
What happens next?
Episode 9 concluded with Morgan Cook’s death by poisoned chalice and went to credits before a banishment vote took place, leaving viewers on a cliffhanger heading into Episode 10.
Ten players remain in contention for the $250,000 prize pool, with the season finale scheduled for November 19, 2026. Whether the surviving Faithfuls can uncover the remaining Traitors before the end of the competition remains to be seen.
