These terms apply to anyone using CelebShift (celebshift.com), published by EGITEK TECNOLOGIA LTDA (CNPJ 50.887.179/0001-19). By using the site, you agree to them.

1. What the site is

CelebShift publishes news about celebrities, TV, reality shows, the royals, music and movies, based on public sources that we name in each story. Stories reflect what was known when they were published and are updated when new information comes out. We do not sell products, tickets or merchandise.

2. Intellectual property

Text, illustrations and site design belong to CelebShift or are used with permission; photos from Wikimedia Commons are used under the license shown in each caption. You are welcome to share links and quote short excerpts with credit and a link to the story. Reproducing full stories or republishing our content elsewhere requires written permission.

3. Third-party content, links and ads

Stories may link to or display posts from social networks and other sites, and the site shows ads. We do not control those sites or posts and are not responsible for their content, products or policies.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to attempt unauthorized access, overload our servers, scrape content at scale by automated means without permission, or use CelebShift’s name to mislead others.

5. Scams

CelebShift never runs giveaways, sells anything or asks for payment or card details. Any such offer made in our name is fraudulent.

6. Corrections

If you believe a story is inaccurate, tell us through our corrections page. We review every request.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the completeness of its content and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
