Chrishell Stause and Australian musician G Flip have separated after three years of marriage and more than four years together, the Selling Sunset star announced in an emotional Instagram video on Monday, October 26.

The real estate agent and actress stated in her video that she remains in love with G Flip and acknowledged that she does not fully understand all of the factors behind the end of their relationship.

What Chrishell Stause said

In the video shared with her followers, Stause addressed the breakup directly, explaining that both agreed to handle the announcement with care.

“G and I are no longer together, and we have agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other,” Stause said. “That’s not hard for me because I am in love with this person, and I don’t have all the information or the reasons.”

Stause reflected candidly on the emotional toll the decision has taken on her while remaining optimistic about the future.

“I feel like a little bit of a failure. There’s nothing you could say about me that would be worse than what I say to myself,” she said. “I’m sure, just like always, with time, you get the lessons you’re meant to get, and I know that will happen, and I’m gonna heal, and everything’s gonna be fine.”

She added: “This sucks, but everyone deserves to be happy, and I wish that for both of us.”

G Flip’s response

Shortly after Stause published her video, G Flip shared a written statement on Instagram, as reported by People, Us Weekly, and TMZ.

“After 4+ years Chrishell and I are no longer together. I will always love her, we will always share a special connection and I cherish our memories together deeply,” the musician wrote.

G Flip also requested space while processing the end of the marriage: “My head & heart are feeling very heavy right now, and I’m not able to talk, but I want to thank you all for your support and appreciate you respecting our privacy at this difficult time.”

How their relationship unfolded

The pair first met at a Halloween party in October 2021. Stause later publicly confirmed their romance during the Selling Sunset season 5 reunion in May 2022.

A year later, in May 2023, the couple held an impromptu wedding ceremony in Las Vegas. They continued to celebrate their union in subsequent years, holding vow renewal ceremonies in July 2024 and July 2025.

Prior to her relationship with G Flip, Stause was married to actor Justin Hartley from 2017 until their divorce was finalized in 2021.

What remains unknown

Neither party has shared specific details regarding the exact catalyst or circumstances that led to the breakup, with Stause explicitly noting that she does not possess all the reasons behind the split.

It is also not yet known whether either party has filed formal dissolution or divorce paperwork in court.
